Andrew N. "Nick" Hernandez is a Co-Founder of CHS Law Group and is dedicated to providing strategic, results-driven legal representation to individuals and families throughout the Rio Grande Valley and South Texas.

Mr. Hernandez began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Hidalgo County District Attorney's Office, where he developed extensive courtroom experience handling criminal matters from their earliest stages through contested hearings, motions to suppress, and trial settings. This background provides him with valuable insight into the criminal justice system and allows him to effectively advocate for clients facing complex legal challenges.

Today, Mr. Hernandez represents clients in a wide range of legal matters, including:

Outside the office, Nick enjoys jogging, weight training, and kickboxing, disciplines that reflect the same focus, preparation, and determination he brings to every case.
