Eloy Tomas Sepulveda is a Co-Founder of CHS Law Group and an accomplished trial attorney whose practice is centered on criminal defense. Before entering private practice, Mr. Sepulveda served as a prosecutor, where he handled a high volume of criminal cases and gained extensive courtroom experience through numerous contested hearings and jury trials. His background provides him with valuable insight into how criminal cases are investigated, prosecuted, and litigated.

Mr. Sepulveda represents clients facing both misdemeanor and felony charges, including DWI offenses, drug crimes, assault, theft, domestic violence allegations, and other serious criminal matters. Drawing upon his experience on both sides of the courtroom, he develops strategic, results-oriented defenses designed to protect his clients' constitutional rights and pursue the most favorable outcome possible.

In addition to his criminal defense practice, Mr. Sepulveda represents clients in select family law matters, including child welfare, custody, and related proceedings, providing practical guidance and strong advocacy during difficult and emotionally challenging situations.
